When I was at Bobby Flay's Burger Palace in Maryland Casino Live a few months ago, I took a picture of the restaurant's meat cooking guide. I like both the simplicity of content and design, and the effectiveness of the chart.
Been thinking of checking out the one they opened in College Park (went to UMCP for my undergrad). Is it worth the trip? Love watching "Throwdown with Bobby Flay"!
Hi, Alli! I liked my fries and chocolate milkshake, but not the cheeseburger (it had too much cheese and had chips on it that got in the way). In all fairness, I typically don't like cheese on my burgers, and my partner loved her blue cheese & bacon burger. I'd say it is worth the trip--even for the novelty of the experience. If you go to the one in Arundel Mills, you can at least gamble after you eat so you don't feel like you've wasted a trip if you don't like the food. I am a fan of slot machines. :)
I love Bobby Flays! I went to the one on K St. and have been thinking about going back every time I'm in DC. I know the one at Maryland Live is closer, but for some reason I just can't bring myself to go over there.
